The Monthly Women's Group

Join us for an hour of sharing about the positive things going on in our lives! 

In this relaxed and informal gathering, the topic is always "what's good with you?" 

This is a casual and open discussion with the intention of uplifting one another and offering support if needed. 

Bring your lunch, bring a coffee, meet new friends, and increase your happiness!

I first came to Happy Hour out of curiosity after seeing the sign outside of the Aligned Wellness Center. After losing my husband and moving to Canon City, I craved friendship and connection. All I can say is that “I was lost and then I was found”. Happy hour filled the loneliness and opened doors to a new understanding of happiness and positivity.
